Returns

•   Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

•   Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

•   Bespoke, made-to-order, personalised items and gift vouchers are non-refundable.

Return Postage

•   Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

•   We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds

•   Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.

•   Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

•   Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

•   If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs.

•   Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, and cover return postage where appropriate.
